I am glad to see others felt this way. I sent mine back to Amazon. I wished this would have worked as it was easy to use but the results were poor

I profiled my iMac and two printers; an Epson 2200 and an Epson 3800, the results were very poor, much worse thn using the provided profiles, especially the 3800.

I've retested 1.0.2 on two printers. The memory leak appears to be fixed and I only had one or two errors reading patches, so that is an improvement.

The profiles still have the same yellow-green tint for skin tones which makes them mostly useless for me.

I was thinking I might do some more testing, but I just can't justify wasting any more of my time fiddling with this thing. I'm getting a refund.

I've been working with X-Rite tech support trying to get my dual NEC 2190UXi displays to profile. The application works once after installation and then gets stuck in a perpetual loop of gray samples on any subsequent attempts. X-Rite has provided a registry update that didn't address the problem. I'm interested to see a 1.0.2 update reported, but the application doesn't find one when I check for updates. I'm running 1.0.1.179. I've been able to profile my notebook (for what that's worth) and another workstation with different display hardware, but no luck so far with my main workstation. This hardware profiles just fine with X-Rite's Eye-One Match application.

Thanks for your reports on this topic. I'm looking around to see what other problems users have experienced.
